FREE TOURS <\/strong><\/p>\n

We need a minimum of 5 adults<\/strong> to make the tour.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • From 1 to 6 people<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You<\/strong> are free to decide the price<\/strong> for the individual and groups up to 6 people reservations.<\/p>\n

    We offer a maximum of 30 spots<\/strong> in our free walking tour.<\/p>\n

    If you book in advanced, you will have priority<\/strong> over those people who wants to participate in our tour without reservation.<\/p>\n

    You will be waited up to 5 minutes in order to respect the whole group<\/strong>. When the 5 minutes were over, the guide could assign your spot to another interested person<\/strong> to participate in our tour.<\/p>\n

    • From 7 to 10 people<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Groups from 7 to 10 people<\/strong> should pay a minimum of 10\u20ac per person<\/strong> to participate right at the beginning of the tour. Please, be aware of this once you make your reservation. A reservation made incorrectly<\/strong> (indicating a false number of participants, making several reservations to avoid the payment, give a false name\u2026) both on our website and those of our collaborators will be automatically cancelled <\/strong>without prior notice.<\/p>\n

      In any case, if you are more than 6 people you may ask for a private tour, sending us an email to: contacto@malagapasoapasotours.com.<\/p>\n

      Persons younger than 18 years old<\/strong> could participate, as long as they are accompanied with a responsible<\/strong> adult<\/strong> who must remain with them until the end of the visit.<\/p>\n

      CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ON PRIVATE TOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Cancelations by Malaga Paso a Paso Tours<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In the case (unlikely) we cancel a tour, we will refund you the whole payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Cancelations by the client<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If you are not able to come for any reason, please, cancel your tour by letting us know 48 hours in<\/strong> advanced<\/strong>. In that case, we will refund 100% of the total amount.<\/p>\n

          On the other hand, if you don\u2019t cancel your tour 48 hours before the tour starts you will have no refund.<\/p>\n

          • Cancelation due to force majeure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            We are not responsible for the cancelation of a tour due to force majeure (earthquakes, extreme weather conditions, alert due to attacks and so on).<\/p>\n

            RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

            During the tour, you must assume your own civil responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

            Participation <\/strong>in any Malaga Paso a Paso tours activities is completely voluntary<\/strong>. Neither Malaga Paso a Paso Tours nor the tour guide will be responsible for accidents, injuries, thefts or loss of personal belongings.<\/p>\n

            Both the guide and Malaga Paso a Paso Tours reserve the right to deny participation to anyone<\/strong> for any reason and at any time.<\/p>\n

            The freelance tour guide reserves the right of admission<\/strong> to any of their tours.<\/p>\n

            PRIVACY<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Malaga Paso a Paso Tours neither sells nor transfers your personal information to third parties. We reserve the right to use the data provided for research and marketing purposes.<\/p>\n
